I have four stickers in my planner to prove that I shredded since Monday. I'm doing that 30 day shred challenge and I hurt. My chest and arms are super sore from the weights and push up stuff. Mike and I have dutifully set up the mats, ignored Jillians pep talk (which you cannot fast foreword nor menu through it), and did the video. It actually feels good to be sore, it makes me think something may be happening.
I saved most of my points today and ate lasagne and buttered bread for dinner- it was Stouffers not homemade- but it was still yummy.

You can't fast forward through it? Really? I hadn't heard of that on a DVD. Usually you can do a skip.
