Dinner: pork chops in an apricot sauce, rice, Asian Slaw and Apple crisp= 9 points
I'm trying to be so careful with my food along with the exercise this week, but not cut back on taste. The kids really liked the chops, I think Jon ate 4.
I started Weight Watchers in March, this is my recordings of the hills and valleys as I try to lose weight and take my health back.
That looks good! Can I have dinner at your house? Well...the commute might make that a little challenging, but it does look good.
