It's time to detox
Goodbye sugar, candy, cakes and hidden fats. It's time to get back on track before this "holiday" eating stays for 21 days and becomes a habit. It's been fun but it can only lead to more Jillian (not fun) more time on the treadmill (definitely for the clothes) and other sweating activities. And worse yet, to take off weight I've lost and regained! No. I'm purging the kitchen before I start hiding food in the couch cushions.

I'm guessing that this was a birthday treat for Kenny, so that's understandable. You'll get back into the swing of things.
